About the Role



This is a leadership position where you will oversee the development of responses to complex requests for proposal (RFPs), tenders, and other selling documents.




  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze customer specifications, develop response structures, write drafts, and finalize content
  • Develop bid strategies that combine capture knowledge, RFP requirements analysis, and solution strategy
  • Manage deliverables, deadlines, and team stakeholders to ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal review processes
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, product managers, engineers, and other subject matter experts to leverage their expertise in the proposal development process
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on solution, pricing, and win strategy
  • Communicate effectively through persuasive writing and editing skills, with a focus on technical and sales documentation
  • Stay agile and flexible across procurement processes in different countries and types of tender responses
  • Mastery of desktop publishing tools, including Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Adobe, and experience working with Qorus, RFPIO, or Qvidian


About You



We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager with a proven track record of leading complex proposal efforts. The ideal candidate will have:




  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in proposal management, responding to public sector tenders and requests for proposal, and/or business development/capture
  • Experience leading and influencing multiple stakeholders within a cross-functional team
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and communicate to executive leadership
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the capacity to identify, assess, and prioritize competing deadlines and needs
  • A high level of technical and sales writing and editing skills, with a rigorous attention to detail
  • APMP Practitioner or higher certification is highly desired
  • Knowledge and experience using Salesforce is a plus


What We Offer



We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
