Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing personalized care to a young adult with brain injury and learning difficulties. Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, ensuring safety and well-being.
  • Accompany the individual on outings and community engagements, promoting social interaction and independence.
  • Support the individual in achieving their personal goals and aspirations.
  • Collaborate with family members and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the individual's care.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting individuals with brain injury and learning difficulties is essential.
