Adult Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Responsible Adult. This live-in role involves providing essential out-of-hours support to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being in emergency situations.

As a key member of our team, you will build meaningful relationships with young parents, offering holistic support both face-to-face and over the phone while maintaining accurate records of your interactions. You will collaborate with supported housing officers to communicate updates, safety compliance, and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.

This role requires a sound knowledge of safeguarding guidelines and an understanding of homelessness and social exclusion factors. You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your professional development and safeguard the welfare of our residents.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide out-of-hours support to residents in emergency situations.
  2. Build meaningful relationships with young parents and offer holistic support.
  3. Maintain accurate records of interactions and communicate updates with supported housing officers.
  4. Participate in ongoing training to enhance professional development.
Requirements
  1. Sound knowledge of safeguarding guidelines.
