Support Worker for Young Adult with Brain Injury

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at ILS Case Management. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young adult with brain injury and learning difficulties in their daily life.
Key Responsibilities- Accompany and ensure the individual's safety in the community and around the home
- Support the individual to pursue their goals and interests
- Work collaboratively with the individual's parents, therapists, and Case Manager to ensure comprehensive support
- Provide practical assistance with daily tasks and activities
- Experience working with individuals with brain injury and learning difficulties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional nights away
- Competitive hourly rate: £14.00 per hour (weekdays) and £15.00 per hour (weekends and Bank Holidays)
- Ongoing training and support
- 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata
- Free DBS check
