About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at ILS Case Management. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young adult with brain injury and learning difficulties in their daily life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany and ensure the individual's safety in the community and around the home
  • Support the individual to pursue their goals and interests
  • Work collaboratively with the individual's parents, therapists, and Case Manager to ensure comprehensive support
  • Provide practical assistance with daily tasks and activities
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with brain injury and learning difficulties
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional nights away
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: £14.00 per hour (weekdays) and £15.00 per hour (weekends and Bank Holidays)
  • Ongoing training and support
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata
  • Free DBS check
