About the Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate support workers to join our team at Solo Support Services. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with a severe learning disability and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support with physical and social activities, including swimming and trampolining
  • Communicate effectively with the individual, their family, and other professionals
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the individual's needs are met

Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Reliable and punctual with a calm and patient nature
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle
