The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist - Guest Services Host to join our team in the Bristol offices of a leading financial services client. As the first point of contact for all queries, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, conveying a sense of security and discretion.
  • Work closely with our staff and service partners to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed expectations.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, going above and beyond to create exceptional experiences.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
