Invoicing Administrator Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract review and updating of Charging Database
- Preparation of fees for invoicing
- Checking of invoice calculations prepared by offshore team
- Resolving client queries
- Preparation of horizontal financial reviews to prevent revenue leakage
- Update of procedures where processes have changed or procedures not sufficiently clear
- Undertaking UAT testing for new client onboarding
- Responsibility for parts of monthly invoicing cycle and month end processes
- Input and update of accruals/invoice postings
- Local market charging preparation and analysis
Required Skills:
- Previous invoicing/accounting experience
- Experience of month/quarter/year end processes with demonstrable accountability for tasks
- Intermediate/advanced Excel experience
Desirable Qualification:
Accountancy qualification
