Invoicing Administrator Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract review and updating of Charging Database
  • Preparation of fees for invoicing
  • Checking of invoice calculations prepared by offshore team
  • Resolving client queries
  • Preparation of horizontal financial reviews to prevent revenue leakage
  • Update of procedures where processes have changed or procedures not sufficiently clear
  • Undertaking UAT testing for new client onboarding
  • Responsibility for parts of monthly invoicing cycle and month end processes
  • Input and update of accruals/invoice postings
  • Local market charging preparation and analysis

Required Skills:

  • Previous invoicing/accounting experience
  • Experience of month/quarter/year end processes with demonstrable accountability for tasks
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel experience

Desirable Qualification:

Accountancy qualification
