About the Role

Page Personnel Sales is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for processing high-volume invoices, raising payments, and balancing ledgers.

This role involves working closely with the finance manager to ensure accurate allocation of credits and payments, preventing outstanding transactions and maintaining up-to-date accounts. You will also be responsible for updating payment amounts and supplier details for cash flow processing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing high-volume invoices and credits.
  • Raising payments on Sage, ensuring accounts are consistently up-to-date.
  • Accurately allocating credits and payments to prevent outstanding transactions.
  • Updating payment amounts and supplier details for finance manager's cash flow processing.
  • Balancing ledgers and downloading invoicing batches.

You will work in a welcoming finance team, contributing to the smooth operation of our business. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including a salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or relevant certification in accounting or finance, along with proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. Understanding of purchase ledger processes and general ledger accounting is essential.
