At the Arnold Clark Group, we're seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join our team in Liverpool. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

About the Role:

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle stock in our busy administration department. Reporting to the branch accountant, you'll ensure efficient taxation and invoicing of vehicle sales to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate vehicle stock records and ensuring they are promptly updated.
  • Verifying the accuracy of recorded vehicle stock details and advertising them online.
  • Obtaining, recording, and securely filing relevant vehicle documents.
  • Taxing sold vehicles efficiently for customer delivery.
  • Producing timely and accurate vehicle sales invoices matching signed customer order forms.
  • Ensuring correct vehicle sales documentation and payment receipt.
