Job Responsibilities

  • Process and manage banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee debtors and overdue payments, maintaining a proactive approach to collections.
  • Coordinate the purchase ledger, allocating costs and ensuring timely processing.
  • Process invoices, nominal coding, and match to delivery notes, guaranteeing seamless financial operations.
  • Manage the sales ledger, raising invoices and chasing debts in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To succeed as the Finance Administrator, you will:

  • Have experience in matching, coding, and processing of invoices.
  • Be skilled in managing banking transactions and understanding debits and credits.
  • Ideal experience working for a not-for-profit organisation.
