Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Financial Services Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing client documents.
  • Assist with client onboarding and account opening processes.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for account maintenance and transactions.
  • Monitor and update client accounts and transactions in our systems.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including coordinating events and managing social media accounts.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services or administrative role.
  • A strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
