Job Title: Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing client documents.

* Assist with client onboarding and account opening processes.

* Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for account maintenance and transactions.

* Monitor and update client accounts and transactions in our systems.

* Prepare and distribute reports and statements to clients.

* Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

* Maintain accurate and organized client records.

* Assist with marketing efforts, including coordinating events and managing social media accounts.

* Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services or administrative role.

* Strong understanding of financial products and services.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
