Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Role. As a key member of our team, you will provide general administration support to the Care Line Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing exceptional customer service to our stakeholders.

About the Role:
As an Administrative Support Role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including answering the telephone, photocopying, filing, data input, word processing, and handling mail. You will also deal with enquiries, liaise with agencies, develop databases, process invoices, and test Technology Enabled Care Solutions.

Key Requirements:
• A Level 3 Business Administrator qualification or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Age-dependent salary structure: £12,370 per annum for candidates aged 16-17, £16,631 per annum for candidates aged 18-20, and £22,113 per annum for candidates aged 21 and above

Working Arrangements:
The successful candidate will be based at Sefton ARC, Liverpool. We offer a range of benefits, including a fixed-term contract lasting 21 months and opportunities for professional development.
