Advanced Clinical Psychologist Role with Mersey Care NHS

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Psychologist to join our Older Adults service across Liverpool and Sefton. This role will provide full clinical responsibility for clients' psychological care and treatment, both as a professionally qualified care coordinator and within the context of a multidisciplinary care plan.
Job Requirements- A Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology.
- Registered with the Health Professions Council as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Post-doctoral training in one or more additional specialised areas of psychological practice.
- To exercise full clinical responsibility for clients' psychological care and treatment, both as a professionally qualified care coordinator and within the context of a multidisciplinary care plan.
- To develop and maintain high-quality clinical practices, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- To provide consultation to other professional and non-professional groups.
- An estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
