About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Advanced Care Practitioner Specialist to join our team at Mersey Care NHS Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing their clinical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Advanced Clinical Practitioners in assessing, investigating, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the clinical care and management of patients on the caseload. They will also provide expert clinical support and leadership to locality teams, including district nurses and integrated-care teams.

This is a training post, and we welcome applications from Nurses or AHPs who are currently working towards their MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice via apprenticeship or CPD route. The trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner will work under the mentorship and supervision of established ACPs working within the Service, with opportunities to support their learning and development.

The estimated salary for this role is £43,041 - £70,305 per annum, depending on experience. Flexible working requests will be considered for all roles.
