We are seeking an Advanced Community Care Specialist to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with clients and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs in the community, conducting initial assessments to understand their requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
