Community Integrated Care is recruiting for an Advanced Support Worker, with flexible shift patterns. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities and autism, who have complex needs, to lead the best life possible.

This is an exciting opportunity to step up in your career and gain specialist training, including Positive Behaviour Support methods, Makaton, and the Picture Exchange System. You will be working in a supportive environment, managed by leaders who are dedicated to investing in their people.

Our ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism, and sensory communication. You will be a brilliant mentor, able to share your skills and experiences with your colleagues, and be passionate about supporting people to live independently.
