Senior Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Advanced Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at the River Alliance of Wisconsin. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care and outcomes.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care, leading investigations and treatments, and ensuring that patients receive the best possible service. They will also be expected to promote effective communication within the hospital and to patients and their relatives, as well as act as a point of liaison between all hospital departments involved in the patient's journey.
Key Responsibilities- To improve patient experience and outcomes by taking the lead in investigations and treatments prescribed.
- To provide a consistent and personalised service by ensuring that patients receive the best care in the best place from the best person or team.
- To provide social, emotional, and psychological support for patients throughout their treatment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and advanced clinical knowledge of stroke care. They will also need to demonstrate the ability to work independently, autonomously, and safely within their clinical competency.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
