NHS Clinical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced clinical nurse to join our team in the NHS. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Clinical Decision-Making: Make informed decisions about patient care, collaborating with colleagues to ensure that care is coordinated and effective.
  • Education and Supervision: Provide education and support to nursing students and new staff members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Registered Nurse with active PIN, Assessing and Mentoring Qualification.
  • Experience: 12 Months Post Registration Experience, Recent experience in a Hospital setting, Previous experience of Cardiothoracic Surgery / Medical Nursing.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to plan and prioritise care for patients, Commitment to patient and family-centred care, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary:

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
