Key Responsibilities
  • Establish productive working relationships with key staff at Alder Hey Children's Hospital to ensure smooth delivery of the service and maximize clinical capacity.
  • Review and update clinical pathways as required to ensure best practice.
  • Represent PC24 at MDT meetings with all key stakeholders to drive improvement and innovation.
  • Provide strategic development and leadership of APCPs in urgent care and junior nursing staff.
  • Deliver an approved advanced practice curriculum for trainee practitioners.
  • Contribute to organisational-wide strategies surrounding performance and improvement.
