The role involves providing high-quality patient care to the population of Liverpool, delivering care across all GP Practices in the area. The successful candidate will require access to their own transport to fulfill the requirements of the job.

Main Duties
  • Providing clinical support to GP practices across Liverpool, including long-term condition management, cervical cytology, and baby and adult immunizations support.
  • Mentoring nurses new to general practice and healthcare assistants, providing education and specialist advice on nursing practices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in practice nursing, be a qualified cervical sample taker, and have experience managing long-term conditions within a community setting. They will also possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to travel to work across boundaries.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can provide holistic care to patients with acute and chronic complex needs. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
