NHS Stroke Care Manager

At Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Team Leader in the Hyper Acute Stroke Unit.
We are committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care, and this role presents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact on our patients' lives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in leading teams and managing complex care environments. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the unit's day-to-day operations, including planning, allocation, and evaluation of work carried out by teams or individuals. You will also provide specialist knowledge to all Nursing staff, promote a critical and analytical approach to care delivery, and ensure that the ward environment is responsive to current issues.
In support of the ward manager, you will assist in reviewing and updating procedures and protocols related to patient care. Your ability to develop methods for identifying, maintaining, and improving the quality of patient care through facilitation of best practice and clinical benchmarking will be invaluable.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £46,324 - £53,618 per annum, depending on experience.
