Clinical Leadership Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leadership Consultant to join our team at Mersey Care NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Advanced Clinical Practitioners in managing a proactive caseload of patients in their own home and 24-hour care settings. They will also provide expert clinical support and leadership to district nurses and integrated-care teams, promoting shared decision making with individuals regarding their care plan and encouraging proactive self-management of conditions.
This is a training post, and we welcome applications from Nurses or AHPs who are currently working towards their MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice via apprenticeship or CPD route. The trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner will work under the mentorship and supervision of established ACPs working within the Service, with opportunities to support their learning and development.
The estimated salary for this role is £43,041 - £70,305 per annum, depending on experience. Flexible working requests will be considered for all roles.
