About the Role

Outcomes First Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Leader to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Hazel Cottage School in the North West. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead, balancing clinical leadership and a therapy caseload.

The role involves coordinating the line management of onsite clinicians, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs, and supporting staff training and consultation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to innovative approaches in special education. The ideal candidate will possess strong therapeutic expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing a therapy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a therapy caseload and provide supervision to clinicians
  • Coordinate line management and support professional development
  • Deliver bespoke assessments and interventions for students with complex needs
  • Support staff training and consultation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Valid registration with HCPC and membership of professional body
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with neurodivergent children
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
