**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Manager to lead our in-house clinical team at Hazel Cottage School. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, as well as a strong background in occupational therapy or speech and language therapy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical team, holding a caseload, and contributing to staff training and consultation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
