Clinical Manager for Elderly Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Manager for elderly care. This is an exceptional opportunity for a nurse to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to our older adult residents.

About the Role

As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and carers to deliver high-quality care to our elderly residents. You will work closely with the home manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.

You will have a strong clinical background and experience of managing a team. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
