Job Summary:

About the Role:
This is a full-time Bank position, offering flexibility to tailor your schedule to fit your lifestyle. As a Registered General Nurse at Care UK, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including medication management, infection prevention, and control procedures. You will also develop tailored care plans to deliver excellence across everything you do.

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical nursing to residents, including medication management and infection prevention
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to ensure excellent care delivery
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction

Requirements:
- NMC registered nurse qualifications
- Experience in writing comprehensive care plans and implementing them effectively
- Ability to work flexibly, including bank shifts and varied schedules
