Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in delivering high-quality care to patients with cancer. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure the best possible outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will be committed to maintaining professional standards and upholding the highest levels of patient care. Our goal is to provide holistic one-to-one care within the patient's own home, making a real difference in people's lives every day.

In this role, you will administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, sustain professional standards, and document all clinical data accurately. You will also maintain long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders, providing support throughout treatment and recovery. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with healthcare professionals and effective patient engagement.
