**Job Overview**
We Are With You is a leading provider of drug and alcohol services, seeking an experienced Clinical Health Specialist to join our team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing support to clients struggling with addiction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical assessment and diagnosis of clients
- Development of individualized treatment plans
- Providing education and support to clients on substance misuse and harm reduction strategies
- Collaboration with external agencies to ensure comprehensive care
About the Role:
This is a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2025, with the opportunity to work full-time or part-time. The role will involve travel across the city of Liverpool. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
Essential Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse, Registered Mental Nurse, or Registered Pharmacist (GPhC) qualification
- Successful completion of supplementary/independent prescriber course and NMC/GPhC registration
- Demonstrable experience in OST prescribing
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Successful track record of delivering nursing interventions in a community setting
Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
