Job Title: Clinical Chemotherapy Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Chemotherapy Specialist to join our team at Sciensus. As a Clinical Chemotherapy Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care to individuals receiving chemotherapy treatment in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, as defined in the patient's care plan
  • Provide holistic care to patients, including emotional and psychological support
  • Document all clinical data and report any adverse drug events via the correct protocol
  • Build long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to aid and support treatment and recovery

Requirements:

  • Registered general nurse
  • Qualified in administering Cytotoxic drugs
  • Cannulate and have experience undertaking clinical assessments
