About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in delivering high-quality care to patients with haematological conditions. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for administering chemotherapy treatments, conducting clinical assessments, and providing holistic care to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer chemotherapy treatments to patients with haematological conditions
  • Conduct clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop care plans
  • Provide holistic care to patients, including emotional and psychological support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Document patient data and report adverse drug events

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse with experience in haematology
  • Qualified in administering cytotoxic drugs
  • Cannulate and have experience undertaking clinical assessments
