Primary Care 24 is seeking a talented and motivated Clinical Support Team Member to join our Same Day Urgent Care Unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clinical team, ensuring that all clinical rooms are set up and equipped with necessary medical and IT equipment. Your responsibilities will also include working closely with GPs and Advanced Clinical Practitioners to deliver smooth patient care.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time/part-time position available, offering flexible hours to suit your needs
  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including GPs and Advanced Clinical Practitioners
  • As a Clinical Support Team Member, you will be responsible for conducting clinical observations, including urinalysis and other specimens as required

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong record-keeping abilities, and experience working in a healthcare environment. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and be able to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.

Requirements:
  • Qualified to NVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, such as an emergency department or primary care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administration skills
