Clinical Team Lead Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of therapists and contributing to the overall strategy of our service.

The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or related field, with at least 5 years' experience working in a leadership role. You will also require excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop your team.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is based in various locations across England, Scotland, and Wales.

We place the outcomes of our pupils at the heart of everything we do. Our experienced clinical team provides specialist therapy services to support the needs of children with complex disabilities.
