This well-respected organisation is focused on progressive, therapeutic solutions that address the complex needs of those in their care. As a Clinical Lead Psychologist, you'll be instrumental in developing new, innovative programs within the prison psychology team. You'll help establish a specialised unit that promotes psychologically led rehabilitation, enhances multi-disciplinary collaboration, and supports professional growth within the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and Guide Forensic Psychologists in Training: Supporting their professional development and providing expert guidance as needed.
- Provide Supervision and Expertise: To staff handling complex cases, including personality disorders and neurodiverse needs.
- Lead and Contribute to Forensic Assessments: Offending Behaviour Programmes (OBP) with psychological oversight.
- Collaborate Closely: With internal and external partners to enhance the rehabilitation process.
- Deliver Training: On managing challenging behaviours and complex case formulations.
