This role offers a unique chance to develop new programs within the prison psychology team, establishing a specialised unit that promotes psychologically led rehabilitation and enhances multi-disciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide Forensic Psychologists in Training, supporting their professional development.
- Provide supervision and expertise to staff handling complex cases, including personality disorders and neurodiverse needs.
- Lead and contribute to forensic assessments and Offending Behaviour Programmes (OBP) with psychological oversight.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to enhance the rehabilitation process.
