Management Trainee for Care Services

The Management Trainee for Care Services position at Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in care services administration. As a trainee, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Care Line Team, including answering phone calls, photocopying documents, filing, data entry, word processing, and handling mail.
Key duties include dealing with Careline inquiries via telephone and email, liaising with external agencies, developing and maintaining databases, processing invoices, and participating in the development and testing of new Technology Enabled Care Solutions.
This role requires a motivated individual who is committed to completing the 21-month program. The post is based in Bootle, Merseyside, and offers a competitive salary package.
About the Salary
The annual salary for this position ranges from £12,370 for age 16-17 to £22,113 for age 21 and above, depending on the candidate's age. The hourly rate varies accordingly, ranging from £6.59 for age 16-17 to £11.78 for age 21 and above.
