Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our community nursing team in Long Stratton. The successful candidate will work with patients in care homes across the area, addressing a variety of care needs, including diabetes care, wound care, venepuncture, and catheter care.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and working as part of a multidisciplinary team. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will contribute to the delivery of interventions for patients with long-term conditions, palliative care, and rehabilitation needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a community-based environment. You will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.

We offer a competitive salary range of £24,071 - £25,674 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
