Community Nursing Assistant

The Community Nursing Assistant - Long Stratton position is a newly created post that involves visiting patients in care homes across the area. As a member of our community nursing team, you will work closely with qualified practitioners to deliver high-quality patient care and address a variety of care needs.
You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of interventions for patients with long-term conditions, palliative care, and rehabilitation needs. This may include providing support with daily living tasks, administering medications, and conducting vital signs checks.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a community-based environment. You will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
We offer a competitive salary range of £24,071 - £25,674 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
