Job Summary- Provide specialist nursing care to service users.
- Develop skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for service users.
- Mentor and support colleagues to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Observe, record, and report all changes in service user condition.
Requirements:
- RGN/RMN or equivalent qualification.
- NMC registration.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
