We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator and Clerk to join our Workshop Recruitment team. The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Job Overview:

  • Oversee the monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for a medium-sized company.
  • Collaborate with payroll providers to input data, review reports, and manage BACS submissions.
  • Implement pension schemes, manage employee requests, and conduct annual assessments.
  • Deliver training and support to line managers on time and attendance systems.
  • Maintain and update HR/Payroll and time and attendance systems.
  • Process various payment types, calculate entitlements, and reconcile accounts.
  • Arrange payments to third parties, create reports, and prepare the annual Payroll calendar.
  • Track sickness records, ensure correct sick pay, and issue SSP1 forms as needed.
  • Assist international mobility employees and share Payroll information with PWC for tax purposes.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to colleagues and clients.
