PHL Group are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and organised Data Entry Clerk to join our brand-new team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will act as the centralised point of control for patients that are referred into the ADHD service via a centralised mailbox and clinical system.

This role is a full time, fixed-term contract for 3 months, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role will be based in our office in Segensworth, Fareham.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Onboard patients into the service through established pathways while ensuring that all patient information is entered accurately onto the clinical systems.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into designated databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing, correcting, and validating information as needed.
- Maintain data integrity by identifying and resolving errors or inconsistencies in the data.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Proactive approach to work and responsibilities
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
- Proficient typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data.
- Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office packages and other databases.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
