Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Delivery: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client payrolls to agreed deadlines, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Payroll Processing: Input payroll data, run audit and validation checks, and interface data to General Ledger and Pensions systems, adhering to established protocols.
- Year-End Reporting: Process accurate and timely year-end payroll reporting when required, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Payroll Administration: Manage payroll changes to time and attendance systems, administer end-to-end payroll processes, and ensure auto-enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients.
- Client Support: Address payroll-related queries from clients and provide first-line support for pay-related inquiries, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Peer Review: Peer review payrolls for accuracy and compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Administrative Duties: Undertake general administrative duties and collaborate within the payroll hub, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
