**Job Summary:** Accounting and Payroll Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Payroll Services Coordinator to join our team in Fareham. In this role, you will be responsible for processing client payrolls accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Process client payrolls accurately and efficiently, meeting all agreed deadlines.
  • Enter payroll data, perform audit and validation checks, and interface data with General Ledger and Pension systems.
  • Administer the full payroll cycle, ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment regulations.

**Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in accounting and payroll services within a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing, including pensions and statutory payments.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £25k - £30k DoE.
  • Flexible working hours (Core Hours).
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy & sell 5 days).
