About the Role
Cint is seeking a skilled Customer Success Executive to join our team. As a Customer Success Executive, you will work closely with our clients to help them achieve their goals and maximize the value of our technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to drive adoption and growth of our products.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
- Analyze trends in client performance and activity to form proactive recommendations and action plans.
- Provide training and onboarding to new clients to ensure they get the most out of our products.
Requirements
- Relevant customer-facing experience with ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level clients.
- Disciplined work ethic - self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset focused on achieving revenue goals.
- Proven track record of driving client business growth and achieving revenue targets through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
