Internal Sales Professional

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Person to join our team in Southampton. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a live portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.
About the Role:
- You will be the first point of call for key account clients, ensuring timely responses to quotes and regular customer interactions.
- Proactively calling new companies to sell our products and services, generating new wins.
- Supporting the wider branch team by serving on the Trade Counter and picking/packing products in our warehouse to ensure customers' orders are completed on time.
What You'll Need:
- Experience working in a competitive or target-driven customer-focused role (B2B, B2C, retail/hospitality).
- A flexible approach and ability to work under pressure.
- An ability to recognise sales opportunities.
Salary and Benefits:
Our estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
