Support Worker Opportunity

Join our team in Bristol and make a real difference in the lives of adults with disabilities.

We offer a salary of £23,400 per annum, plus benefits, for this full-time permanent position.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, with shifts varying between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities
  • Daily Living Support: Provide personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Relationship Building: Develop close relationships with individuals, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Empowerment: Assist with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations.
  • Social Activities: Support activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies.
  • Respect and Dignity: Ensure individuals and their families are treated with respect, dignity, and equality.
