Leaders in Care is seeking a skilled Specialist Social Worker for Children with Disabilities to join our team. As a specialist social worker, you will work closely with children and their families to develop personalized support plans and promote resilience and independence.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized support plans for children with disabilities

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, paid over 3 days a week in the county. You will also receive an accommodation bonus of £150 per week if you are not from the area. In addition, you will have access to continuous training and career growth opportunities, as well as flexible working arrangements.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Social Work qualification and full registration to Social Care England. You must also have a passion for community development and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
