Job Overview

As a Care and Support Specialist at Mears Group, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to service users, ensuring they live independently and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing all aspects of personal care to support service users' independence.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with service users, promoting their confidence and independence.
  • Developing skills and knowledge through enrolment on NVQ level 2 after 6 months.
  • TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE REFER A FRIEND SCHEME with an entitlement of £1000.

Requirements

To be successful as a Care and Support Specialist, you should be willing to work alternate weekends. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.
