Job Description

The Head of Customer Success and Proposition Development will be responsible for leading our customer success efforts and developing new propositions to drive business growth at Glow Services Corp. This individual will build strong relationships with clients, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.

About You

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in customer success, proposition development, and business leadership roles within Telecoms or Financial Services. You should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the development of new propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement, effective communication, and timely report delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, proposition development, and business leadership roles within Telecoms or Financial Services.

Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £115,000 per annum
