In this role, you will be responsible for developing new propositions that deliver EBIT contribution to the SMR division. This includes identifying, developing, and optimising linkages between propositions across SMR and group that drive incremental commercial and customer benefits. You will also be responsible for owning the customer-optimising proposition and process to improve customer, operational, and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop acquisition, retention, and cross-sell propositions that deliver EBIT contribution to the SMR division
  • Identify, develop, and optimise linkages between propositions across SMR and group that drive incremental commercial and customer benefits
  • Own the customer-optimising proposition and process to improve customer, operational, and financial outcomes
  • Develop commercial strategies that deliver acquisition, repeat spend volume targets
  • Develop cases financially and non-financially to improve customer and operational efficiency outcomes
  • Own the business cases to underpin these plans
  • KPI responsibility for new propositions
  • Quarterly forecasting for new propositions

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for proposition development and delivery. You should have a strong track record in commercial experience and proposition development and delivery, gained within a scaled business. You should also have a strong level of knowledge and experience in Consumer products and services, including proposition launch/delivery. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of how to use customer and market insight to create compelling propositions that meet customer needs and maximise sales.
